Responsibilities

• Deliver quality customer experience
• Devise and implement offline and online marketing strategies to increase walk-ins and brand visibility
• Drive sales team and managers to achieve sales targets for each location
• Develop and coordinate training and upskilling of the team based on needs and trends
• Generate and implement standard operating procedures for spa use
• Effectively manage all spa operations

Qualifications

• Relevant diploma or degree from a recognized institution
• 4+ years managing a luxury brand or spa
• Excellent customer service skills
• Qualification in Beauty Therapy or Cosmetology from a recognized institution
