Person Specifications (Education, Experience & Competencies) 

• Diploma in any of the following disciplines: Customer Care, Public Relations, Mass Communications, Customer Service, International Relations and Diplomacy, Communication Management and Development, Event Management, Front Office, or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
  Proficiency in computer applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collecting and collating data for the development, implementation and review of corporate communication policies, strategies, regulations and procedures;
• Manning the reception desk and switchboard;
• Maintaining a good ambience in the reception area;
• Profiling visitors and issuing visitors' passes;
• Responding to visitors' queries and telephone inquiries;
• Screening and directing visitors to designated offices and areas;
• Recording and confirming visitors' appointments;
• Maintaining a daily record of visitors' details;
• Receiving correspondence delivered at the reception and dispatching it to the relevant office;
• Receiving and reporting customer complaints;
• Distributing relevant Agency brochures to customers; and
• Attending to telephone calls and logging them into the incident management system.
