    Assistant Customer Service Officer

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Respond to client inquiries (Phone, Email, WhatsApp, Chat & In-Person)
    • Resolve service concerns & support complaint handling Maintain accurate client records & documentation
    • Support KYC/AML compliance processes
    • Track and report customer service metrics
    • Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless service

    WHO SHOULD APPLY?

    • Bachelor's Degree (Completed or Ongoing) in: Business Administration | Finance | Economics | Related Field
