Assistant Estate Manager at Unity Homes

Job Specifications :

• Showing potential tenants around.
• Give updates on repairs done and if done well.
• Coordinate community events for the residents.
• Supervise the staff members working in the estate.
• Inspect the common areas and identify the major defect repairs. 
• .Ensure that the water meters are read on time and distribute water bills.
• Give out the garbage collection bags and keep records on.
• Identify tenant moving in and out of the estate
• Ensuring that the estate is clean and all gardening is done well.
• Ensuring all the story book borrowed are returned to the office
• Update the airbnb register
• Collect material paid from supply and contractor if necessary.
• Any other jobs that the Management might assign from time to time.

Job Qualifications :

• Diploma in Civil construction, project management, business administration, real estate management or similar.
• Ideally some experience (job or internships) of site work and or administration.
