​​​Qualifications & Requirements

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
• Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new hires.
• Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, from a recognized institution;
• Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP-K)/ Higher Diploma/Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
• Valid membership certificate of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM); Certificate in computer applications; and
• Working experience of seven (7) years in a hospital set up relevant field.
