Assistant Manager, Card Management Systems at I&M Bank

This role is responsible to provide Level 3/4 technical and functional support of Way 4 Card Systems and ATM Applications and ensure proper closure and resolution of issues, in addition to making recommendations of procedure modifications or improvements that would aid in the flow of business operations. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide support for Way 4, Card Systems and all Peripheral integrations
• Supervise and ensure 24x7 operations for Card Systems and ATMS.
• Supervise Daily execution of CMS tasks including EOD operations, file processing and related scheduled tasks.
• Provide L3/L4 Support on all card and ATM related issues.
• Monitor all Card Services for availability and performance. Take corrective actions to ensure the Systems/Applications availability, fix the issues, and coordinate with other team member and the vendors.
• Participate in new product rollouts, testing, documentation and operational improvement projects and complying with Change Management process for banking systems.
• Ensure up to date patch management and application on all Card Systems.
• Document all processes and procedures related to ICT Systems and review and update from time to time
• Adhere to Bank’s policies and procedures in managing and support banking.
• Provide assistance in conducting DR drills for all 3 entities.
• Ensure uptime of Card services being offered as per SLA.
• Ensure Issues related to bugs, fixes are taken up with the vendor, and regular follow-up is being done for delivery of patches and testing after receipt of patches within specified SLA.

Minimum Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science or related field.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in managing and supporting Way 4 Card Systems in a banking environment and over 5 years experience in an ICT support - Card System, ATMS an added advantage.
• Exposure to application support model & emerging technologies across diverse platforms.
• Good understanding of banking applications, services, standards, and best practices,
• Good understanding of Oracle, SQL, PL-SQL, JAVA, C++, .NET and other such certifications recommended
• Good Understanding of ISO 8583
• Good understanding of the following mentioned platforms, applications, databases, and utilities: UNIX / Linux / MS Windows Server
• Programming Languages (Java, C++, JavaScript, PL-SQL, XML) Oracle, SQL
• Web Technologies (J2EE, IIS, Apache)
