Assistant Project Manager at Drop Access Limited

Role Objective

• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, coordination and execution of impactful projects in Nanyuki. The ideal candidate has experience in managing donor-funded projects and is skilled in stakeholder engagement, reporting and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures
• Coordinate day-to-day activities between internal teams and external stakeholders
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and ensure tasks are completed on schedule
• Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports
• Support risk identification, mitigation, and resolution of project issues
• Assist in monitoring project budgets and resource allocation
• Any other responsibilities as assigned by the organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or a relevant discipline
•  2 to 3 years of hands-on experience, preferably with donor-funded projects
•  Project Management Certification will be considered an added advantage
•  Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
•  Excellent planning, coordination, and reporting abilities
