This is a full-time Associate Manager Human Resources role based in Nairobi, Kenya. As the Associate Manager Human Resources, your responsibilities will include overseeing daily HR operations, managing employee relations, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, and assisting with performance management. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining HR policies and procedures, planning and implementing employee engagement activities, and contributing to HR projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge and experience in HR operations, policies, and procedures
Proven ability to manage employee relations and handle employee grievances
Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proficiency in HR software and systems
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
