    Associate-Transaction Advisory (Private Sector)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Execute M&A and capital raising transactions
    • Build financial models, valuations and investor materials
    • Support deal structuring, negotiations and execution

    Requirements

    • Degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting
    • 5+ years in investment banking, corporate finance or advisory
    • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
