Emali Dedicated Children’s Agency (EDCA) is a Child Development and sponsorship organization whose mission is to help deprived, excluded and vulnerable children have the capacity to improve their lives and the opportunity to become young adults, parents and leaders who bring lasting and positive change in their communities. To realize this, Emali Dedicated Children’s Agency implements programs in five key thematic areas including Water Sanitation and Hygiene, Child Protection and Gender Advocacy, Food Security and Livelihoods, Education and health and Nutrition and Climate Change.
We are pleased to announce attachment opportunities within the programs department for continuing undergraduate/diploma level students. These opportunities aim to provide practical exposure and on-the-job experience in a workplace environment, enabling students to apply knowledge related to their areas of study, acquire new skills, develop professional networks, and understand workplace expectations.
The duration of the attachment opportunities is a maximum (non-renewable) period of three (3) months, effective from May 13th, 2024, to August 16th, 2024. Selection for the industrial attachment intake is based on the following criteria:
