Back Officer at Watu Credit Limited

Key Responsibilities:

• Data entry and approval/ verification of key stages during the onboarding process in accordance with SLA
• Ensure ALL sales are completed within recommended timelines and if not to communicate to FO concerned for follow up
• Clearly define reasons for rejecting loans during verification
• Liaise with team supervisors in case of issues affecting OBS
• Conduct all activities in accordance with the company’s policies, processes and code of conduct
• Proactively recommend improvements and innovative ideas to increase business efficiency
• Fulfill any reasonable tasks given or approved by management that is work-related and aimed toward the company’s goals and targets

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:

• University degree
• 1-year experience in finance and Back Office operations
• Integrity and professionalism
• Attention to details
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Self-starter, target oriented
• Team player and a good communicator
