Duties and Responsibilities:-

• Operate baking equipment and ovens to produce high-quality Bakery products.
• Mix, knead, and prepare dough as per established recipes.
• Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and food handling standards.
• Monitor Bakery quality and consistency.
• Maintain inventory and ensure availability of baking supplies.
• Perform other work-related duties assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications:-

• KCSE Certificate.
• A certificate/Diploma in Bakery & Confectionery Technology will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of five (5) years of proven experience in baking different types of Bakery products (Bread, Bun, Muffin, Cracker among others).
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
• Team player with attention to detail and time management.
