Bancassurance Sales Officer - Nairobi

- Experience 2 years
- Location Nairobi
- Job Field Insurance , Sales and Business Development
Requirements:
- A Diploma or bachelor's degree holder in any business-related field
- Experienced in insurance sales
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ready to hustle
- Equipped with at least 2 years' experience in Sales
What will you do?
- Promote and sell Retail Health Insurance Products within partner banks
- Build strong relationships with bank staff and customers
- Generate quality leads and consistently achieve monthly sales targets
- Drive business growth through effective relationship management
- Turn conversations into opportunities and opportunities into results
