Bartender - Cysuites Apartment Hotel at Cytonn Investments

We are looking for an enthusuiastic bartender who can give an excellence guest drinking experience to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Stocktaking.
2. Preparation of cocktails and mocktails.
3. Dispensing of drinks to guests and waiters.
4. Cashiering and billing.
5. Requisiting of drink from store to ensure bar is properly stocked.
6. Ensure the bar is clean at all times
7. Any other duties as shall be assigned from time to time

REQUIREMENTS

1. Diploma in hospitality/catering management or a certificate in food and beverage service
2. Have a minimum of a C- in K.C.S.E
3. Previous work experience as a bartender/barista or a mixologist is an added advantage.
4. Should be able to prepare speciality coffees and teas.
5. Should be able to excellently operate the point of sale system.
6. Must be a team player with strong work ethics
7. Must be an open minded person and a fast learner.
8. Should be flexible to work for long hours and on weekends and hiolidays as well.
9. Should be creative and able to make cocktails and mocktails.
