Bilingual Paralegal / Family Law - Part Time

Job Description
- A leading Family Law firm is seeking a Paralegal to provide compassionate, client-focused legal support in cases such as divorce, custody, child support, mediation, and litigation.
- This role works closely with the Founder/CEO and the legal team in a dynamic and sensitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client interviews and manage case files
- Draft and file legal documents
- Perform legal research and assist in trial preparation
- Manage calendars and coordinate client communications
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience as a Paralegal (Family Law preferred)
- Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or Legal Studies
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Experience with MyCase or similar legal systems (preferred)
Nice to Have
- Experience with VAWA cases, advocacy, or women’s empowerment initiatives
