Bilingual Sales Representative at Solvo Global

What You’ll Do:

• Handle approximately 40 calls per day, maintaining excellent service and sales quality.
• Present and promote our Membership Program using persuasive and professional English.
• Identify customer needs and turn conversations into sales opportunities.
• Handle objections confidently, providing at least three strong rebuttals per call when needed.
• Close sales effectively and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for products, services, and memberships.
• Build trust and develop long-term relationships with customers.
• Remain available and responsive during your assigned shift.

What We’re Looking For:

• English proficiency: B2+/C1 level.
• At least 1 year of BPO sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Strong ability to overcome objections and close sales.
• Experience with upselling and cross-selling.
• Resilience, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset.
• Confidence pitching products, services, and memberships.
