Blower Operator at Q-Sourcing Servtec Group

The Blower Operator will play a crucial role assisting in maintaining accurate records of machine performance log sheets and daily machine AM activities. This role involves being present continuously at the assigned machine/equipment and ensuring uninterrupted production process flow.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitoring machine/equipment performance and recording output on an hourly basis.
• Participate in daily machine autonomous maintenance before starting shift.
• Update assigned machine log sheets on hourly basis
• Escalate/report to immediate supervisor on any machine breakdown.
• Participate in machine breakdown analysis sessions led by the line shift team leader or Line technician.
• Observe all set safety regulations for a safe working environment based on production requirements.
• Liaise with the quality team to ensure production of quality products and be able to raise any non-conformance noticed during the production process

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

• Diploma or degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• 3 Years minimum experience in manufacturing Industries
• At least 3 years of experience in a Beverage production environment is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of beverage production processes and equipment.
• Strong analytical/Troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with food safety and quality control systems
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
