DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing and managing the Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) plan and its implementation
- Performing engineering analysis and ensuring lowest machine energy and spares consumption
- Lead in equipment breakdown analysis, troubleshooting and implementation of CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
- Optimizing equipment efficiencies through adherence to maintenance schedules Customer Return & Quality Documentation
- Maintaining & managing engineering standards and procedures to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production and maintain product
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor of Science/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field
- At-least 3- 5 year(s) relevant experience in beverage industry, more specifically hands on experience in troubleshooting blow moulders, filler, labeller and accompanying utility equipment
- Machine Safety Training and awareness or any related
- Experience responding quickly to line stoppages and minimizing machine downtime
- Time management
- Attention to detail; especially critical in preventive maintenance and
- Computer literacy

- The Production Team Leader is responsible for leading cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes, eliminate waste, and improve efficiency. This role focuses on analyzing and improving the flow of materials and information throughout the production process to enhance productivity, product quality, and overall customer satisfaction.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise Production: Oversee daily production operations in the confectionery department to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
- Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure products meet company standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., food safety, labeling).
- Production Planning: Coordinate production schedules, material requirements, and labor allocation to meet production targets.
- Training and Development: Train production staff on new products, processes, and equipment to ensure efficient production and minimize errors.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

- Strong knowledge of beverage production processes and equipment.
- Familiarity with food safety and quality control systems (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).

The Filler Operator will play a crucial role assisting in maintaining accurate records of machine performance log sheets and daily machine AM activities. This role involves being present continuously at the assigned machine/equipment and ensuring uninterrupted production process flow.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitoring machine/equipment performance and recording output on an hourly basis.
- Participate in daily machine autonomous maintenance before starting shift.
- Update assigned machine log sheets on hourly basis
- Escalate/report to immediate supervisor on any machine breakdown.
- Participate in machine breakdown analysis sessions led by the line shift team leader or Line technician.
- Observe all set safety regulations for a safe working environment based on production requirements.
- Liaise with the quality team to ensure production of quality products and be able to raise any non-conformance noticed during the production process
