Maintenance Team Leader at Q-Sourcing Servtec Group

To translate client requirements into precise, fabrication-ready technical drawings and deliver accurate, competitive, and profitable cost estimates for stainless steel products, including commercial kitchen equipment, architectural railings, industrial tanks, and agro-processing machinery—while minimizing material waste and ensuring smooth workshop execution.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure availability of appropriate engineering resources, production equipment and utilities.
• Maintain & manage engineering standards and procedures.
• Develop & manage Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM)
• Monitor production costs & control budget
• Perform engineering analysis to ensure lowest machine energy & spares consumption
• Select correct design concepts & technology for process improvement
• Reporting department performance accurately & on time
• Benchmarking & implementing manufacturing best practices
• Implementing product quality, customer & service excellence and change initiatives

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At-least 3 year(s) relevant experience in beverage industry, more specifically hands on experience in troubleshooting blow moulders, filler, labeller and accompanying utility equipment
• Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office)
• Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting tools.
• Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
• Honesty, Integrity and ethics.
• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem solving.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A team player with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
