Academic & Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, economics or related field.
• A master's degree in a relevant field and a certification in Banking/Business field is an added advantage
• At least 5 years' of experience in banking operations, retail lending and SME banking, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role in a similar organization. Strong knowledge of local banking industry, banking products, banking services and banking regulations.
