Branch Manager at Kenya Women Microfinance

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement the branch strategy and sales plans to achieve the branch budget.
• Ensure business growth of all business lines.
• Build Relationships and drive excellent service.
• Leadership and people management. Oversee branch operations and ensure adherence to compliance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5 years experience in a financial institution with 2 years experience in a leadership position.
• Minimum qualification of a Diploma or a Degree in a business related field.
• Demonstrate high level of integrity.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
