    Branch Manager -Mombasa

    In this position you will:

    • Drive Business Performance: Lead the Mombasa branch to achieve and exceed equipment sales volume, revenue, gross profit, and market share targets while ensuring strong overall business performance.
    • Lead Branch Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Mombasa branch, ensuring efficient, productive, and streamlined activities across the business.
    • Oversee Parts & Service Operations: Provide leadership and oversight of Parts and Service operations at the branch and other assigned locations, ensuring efficient support to customers and the wider Machinery Business.
    • Grow Market Share: Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders, identify market opportunities, and drive initiatives that increase New Holland’s presence and competitiveness within the region.
    • Lead and Inspire: Provide effective leadership to the branch team, motivating and developing employees to consistently achieve business targets and deliver sustained success for New Holland and Inchcape.
    • Strengthen Customer Experience: Engage regularly with customers to understand their needs, gather market insights, address concerns, and ensure exceptional service that drives customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
    • Drive Customer Engagement: Collaborate with Marketing, Parts, Service, and business support teams to organize customer days, brand clinics, product introductions, and other initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and customer loyalty.
    • Promote Operational Excellence: Embed effective ways of working across the branch, with a strong focus on productivity, health and safety, security, ethical business practices, and continuous improvement.
    • Manage Regional Activities: Undertake routine travel within the assigned region to visit branch locations, customers, and key stakeholders, ensuring effective oversight and strong market engagement.

    About You

    To be successful in this role, you would need:

    • Education: A Bachelor’s degree (Honors) with a minimum Second-Class Upper Division. A postgraduate qualification or MBA will be an added advantage.
    • Experience: A minimum of 10 years’ experience in field sales operations, customer marketing, and/or trade marketing, with a proven track record of driving business growth and market share gains.
    • Customer Focus: Demonstrable success in managing customer relationships, understanding market needs, and developing strategies that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
    • Results-Driven Leadership: A strong high-performance mindset, with the ability to develop creative sales approaches, solve problems, correct course effectively, and go the extra mile to deliver results.
    • People Leadership: Proven experience in capability building, skills development, and leading sales teams and organizations to achieve sustained success.
    • Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial judgment and the ability to make effective decisions that deliver business results while meeting or exceeding customer needs.
    • Integrity & Governance: High levels of integrity and openness, with a strong commitment to ethical practices, accountability, and good corporate governance.
