Branch Managers
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 3 - 5 years
- Location Nairobi
- Job Field Finance / Accounting / Audit
REQUIREMENTS
- Lead branch operations and team performance
- Drive customer acquisition, lending and portfolio growth
- Manage loan performance, repayments and collections
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure compliance with policies and credit procedures
- Identify business opportunities and achieve branch targets
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance,Economics or related field
- 3-5 years' experience in microfinance, banking or financial services
- Proven experience in branch management, lending and collections
- Strong leadership, business development and customer relationship skills
- Target-driven with strong analytical and communication abilities
