Branch Sales Manager at Peach Cars KE

Job Overview:

Peach Cars is opening up new locations and rapidly expanding our operations. We require a branch sales manager at each location to ensure that our buyer-facing reps, seller-facing reps, and sales admin associates are well managed. Additionally, this individual will support inspection coordination, performance management, and general management of the location’s operations.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Business related degree
• 3+ years of managerial experience in Sales or Customer Experience/ Relationship
• Management, preferably in a fast paced environment
• Familiarity with daily sales tracking and performance reporting tools, including spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and dashboards
• Strong analytical and results-oriented skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-first mindset, with a demonstrated ability to deliver professional, timely, and empathetic service
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Ability to analyze sales data/ performance and draw insights from the data
• Experience and dedication to building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets
