Brand Ambassador - Home Appliances-Kisumu - 1 Position at Nexus Staffing Solutions

A leading home appliances brand is looking for three energetic and customer-focused Brand Ambassadors to join its sales team in Nairobi and Kisumu.

The successful candidates will represent the brand at designated sales locations, engage customers, demonstrate products, provide product information and drive sales.

This opportunity is particularly suited to candidates with hands-on experience selling home appliances or consumer electronics and who are confident interacting with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the brand professionally at assigned sales locations. 
• Engage customers and understand their home appliance needs. 
• Demonstrate and explain the features, benefits and usage of different appliances. 
• Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and budget. 
• Actively promote products and convert customer interest into sales. 
• Maintain strong product knowledge across the assigned appliance range. 
• Answer customer questions and address product-related concerns. 
• Follow up on potential customers where required. 
• Support promotional activities, product launches and in-store campaigns. 
• Maintain an attractive and well-organised product display. 
• Monitor competitor products, pricing and customer preferences. 
• Work towards assigned sales targets. 
• Prepare basic sales/activity reports as required. 
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, retailers and other relevant stakeholders. 
• Ensure the brand is represented professionally at all times. 

Requirements

• Previous experience selling home appliances is required. 
• Experience in consumer electronics, retail sales or related product sales will be an added advantage. 
• Proven ability to engage customers and convert enquiries into sales. 
• Good knowledge of home appliances and their features. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Confident, energetic and customer-oriented personality. 
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. 
• Ability to work independently while meeting sales targets. 
• Good personal presentation and professional conduct. 
• Must be willing to work within the assigned location and according to business requirements. 

Remuneration

KSh. 25,000 per month
