IT Business Analyst at TrustGro

Key Responsibilities

Analyze change requests from the business stakeholders

• Work with internal stakeholders to elicit and gather requirements
• Analyze requirements for integration with the TrustGro environment

Document impact of change on the business and systems

• Generate impact analysis document
• Generate gap analysis document

Co-ordinate communication between the different teams

• Organize sprint meetings
• Document Sprint meetings for translation

Translate business needs to development documentation

• Generate technical documentation as below
• User Stories
• Business Requirements documents
• Sequence diagrams
• System requirements specification

Testing

• Generate documents as below
• System Test Plan
• System Test Cases
• UAT progress report
• Support functional end-to-end testing support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, computer science or similar qualification

Other Requirements

• A Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment
• Excellent communicator and engaging personality
• Experience in end-to-end testing plus test and UAT script preparation
• Understanding of networks, databases and cloud technologies
• Ability to analyze and understand data and document current and future state
• Strong documentation skills (user stories, process mapping, workflow analysis etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Facilitation skills
• Detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
• Strong problem-solving skills
