    Business Assistant (Cleaning Services)

    JOB PURPOSE:

    The primary component of this role is to supervise the cleaning teams in performing cleaning duties and associated tasks. Work will be performed in accordance with the company Operations, and within the framework of existing schedules. Job Descriptions

    1. Supervising all cleaning staff, checking that cleaning is maintained to high standard
    2. Ensure all assigned duties are carried out, and that resources are efficiently utilized.
    3. Stocktaking and ordering cleaning suppliers
    4. Act as a communication conduit between management and staff.
    5. Maintain and control use of stock, equipment & consumables.
    6. Checking for faults or damage and arranging repairs and routine maintenance work Timely request of consumables, equipment and materials.
    7. Maintain the asset register.
    8. Actively promote Health and Safety, and report any breach
    9. Generate leads on prospective customers
    10. Assist in planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    1. Diploma in business administration/commerce/Housekeeping/ or related course.
    2. Valid driving license with at least 3 years’ driving experience in Nairobi
    3. Previous work in a cleaning company is an added advantage
    4. Valid Certificate of good conduct
