    Business Developer

    Job Responsibility:

    • Develop and nature new client relationships while actively maintaining existing ones
    • Assist in onboarding new Businesses on the Twiva platform as well as listing their products
    • Under the leadership of the BD Manager, research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, and services
    • Maintain an updated calendar of upcoming industry networking events, attend and prospect for leads
    • Regular follow-ups with Businesses to ensure all their products, and account information is constantly updated.
    • Assist the BD Manager in ensuring the company meets its revenue targets
    • On-site business prospecting, cold emailing, and cold calling and regular follow-ups
    • Any other duties assigned

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any other related field.
    • 2-4 years’ experience working as a Business Developer (agency experience is an added advantage)
    • Proven working experience as a business developer, sales executive, or in a relevant role
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
    • Keen attention to crucial details
    • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in B2B sales
    • Understanding of the Digital/social/influencer marketing ecosystem
    • Ability to work efficiently and deliver in a high-pressure environment
    • High degree of integrity and professionalism
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
    • Excellent people management and conflict-resolution skills
    • Independent thinker with an ability to make tough decisions as well as mitigate potential risks and arising crises
