Job Description
Farmz2u’s Operations team is seeking a Business Development Analyst who will be an outstanding addition to our growing team. As a member of the team at Farmz2u, you will support the development of our operations in Kenya. This includes supporting the user onboarding experience, overseeing analytics of user engagement, and developing relationship management to deliver against our growth objectives. With our Kenyan team being small and growing quickly, this role requires flexibility and a problem solving attitude. As an early Hitchhiker, you will influence the development of the team culture in Kenya, thus culture fit is a priority for the role. The right person for this role is a good communicator and an analytical problem solver with a strong attention to detail and natural curiosity who can prioritize multiple projects and requests at once.
