Business Development Executive- Mombasa at City Health Hospital

The main role will be to drive the organisation's profitability objective by growing the product portfolio, market segmentation/positioning and initiating partnerships to drive profitable product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business development objectives and revenue targets as the KPIs.
• Develop marketing literature and organize marketing evets.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians and healthcare organizations.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to inform business strategies and decision-making.
• Have a passion and knowledge in social media marketing.

The Candidate:

• At least 2 years work experience within the Healthcare Industry.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Management related degree.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A prowess in Clients Relationships and greater in building business linkages.
• Great work attitude and aggressive with passion and drive for success.
• Ability to develop and implement a business development strategy.
