Business Development Specialist at Dynamic People Consulting

We are looking for an ambitious, energetic, motivated and results-based Business Development Executive to join our team and play a key role in expanding our client base.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by building relationships with potential clients.
• Research and target companies that align with our services, including HR consulting, leadership development, and employee engagement solutions.
• Create and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the team to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
• Maintain a sales pipeline and meet or exceed monthly business development targets.
• Represent the firm at networking events, conferences, and industry gatherings.
• Conduct competitive intelligence, analysis, and business research relevant to the business.
• Prepare weekly or monthly management reports that detail the status of the various business development activities and future plans.

ABOUT YOU:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field (experience in HR or consulting is a plus). At least 5 years experience.
• Experience in end-to-end RFP/RFI/RFQ Bid Management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
