Business Relationship Officers (Credit Officers) -Nakuru at Jawabu Biashara

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Marketing, promotion and sale of credit solutions.
• Recruitment of customers and conducting loan appraisals.
• Ensure loan repayment follow-ups and deliver good quality book.
• Remain a good risk manager with good portfolio quality and high customer retention.
• Prepare monthly performance reports.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration/Management, Banking, Co-operative Management, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
• Experience in micro business and logbook lending for at least 2 years.
• Good experience in sales, marketing, and portfolio management.
• Computer literate.
• Able to work within a team set-up and meet deadlines.
• Passionate about credit and with a high degree of integrity.
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
• High degree of integrity and confidentiality
