Call Agent at Northwave Credit Ltd

JOB SUMMARY

This is a great opportunity to take ownership and grow with Northwave Credit Limited a leading Logbook Micro finance lender in Kenya. Reporting to the Head of Customer Service, you will play a crucial role in Cold calling, Collecting, Telesales, customer services survey and any other duties as may be assigned.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage large amount of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Manage and updating customer databases with the status of each customer in CRM.
• Seize opportunities to up sell and cross-sell company products and closing the sales through phone.
• Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads.
• Developing and sustaining a solid relationship with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes within stipulated schedule.
• Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

• Be a holder of undergraduate degree or a diploma certificate
• Must have tactics to sell and close sale
• Fluent in English and Kiswahili with Excellent Computer skills
• Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quotas
• Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development and time management
• Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills
• Able to build and maintain lasting relationship with customers
• Excellent listening skills
• Self -motivated, with high energy and engaging level of enthusiasm.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and uphold teamwork.
