    Requirements

    • Excellent communication skills in English & Swahili
    • Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of internet troubleshooting
    • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role (preferred but not required)
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
    • Problem-solving mindset and a positive attitude
