Requirements:
- Diploma or degree preferable in a business-related course
- Call-centre experience on conventional books, hard/late collections
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM or collections software; comfort in data entry and reporting
- Polished telephone etiquette, persuasive negotiation skills, and strong listening ability
- Empathy balanced with professionalism; ability to handle conflict and stressful conversations calmly
- Resilient under pressure, goal-driven, highly organized and deadline-oriented
