About the role
BURN is seeking an Account Manager to support our carbon credit sales team. The Account Manager will be stewarding long-term trusted relationships and operate as the main point of contact for all matters related to our clients. You will be responsible for building and maintaining these customer relationships and overseeing customer account management.
This person will respond to client enquiries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Carbon Operations and Finance) to continually improve the full customer experience through a commitment to clear and reproducible processes and procedures.
Ultimately, our Account Manager will collaborate with our sales team to achieve our targets while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our projects and credits. If you are familiar with account management software (CRM), have a flair for client communication, and understand consumer behaviour, we’d like to meet you.
