Case Packer Operator at Q-Sourcing Servtec Group

The Case Packer Operator runs and monitors a beverage case packing machine. This job includes loading materials, checking product quality, keeping the machine running smoothly, and fixing simple maintenance activities. The operator follows safety and cleanliness rules and works with the team to meet daily production goals.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Efficiently operate the case packing machine
• Load and replenish packaging materials
• Monitor product quality and packaging accuracy
• Perform basic machine adjustments and minor troubleshooting

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

• Diploma or degree in Electrical or Mechanical field.
• 3 Years’ minimum experience in manufacturing Set up
• At least 3 years of experience in a Beverage, production environment is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of beverage production processes and equipment.
• Familiarity with food safety and quality control systems (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
