CCTV Operator at Jaffery Academy

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage across all designated areas.
• Identify and report unusual activities, security breaches, or safety hazards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of surveillance activity.
• Liaise with the security team in case of emergencies.
• Ensure CCTV equipment is operational and report any technical issues promptly.
• Retrieve and archive footage as required for investigations or reports.
• Adhere to company policies and legal regulations concerning data protection and privacy.

Qualifications:

• Certificate or diploma in security operations or related field
• Proven experience in a similar CCTV monitoring role is an advantage.
• Proficient in using surveillance systems and monitoring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent observation skills-Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
• Good communication skills and a high level of integrity.
