Centre Manager at Amedo Centres

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

• Driving and co-coordinating sales functions at the Centre level to achieve sales targets by establishing and maintaining business relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Providing superior customer service at the branch level.
• Organizing sales staff to ensure that the customer expectations are met /exceeded.
• Managing the resources allocated for the branch to exceed revenue budgets and control expenses.
• General management of the Centre.
• Attend to customer’s queries, complains, and sales issues.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A diploma  in Sales & Marketing or equivalent
• A Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Sales and Marketing preferably of Home appliances.
• Should be ready to work in any part of the country.
