Centre Manager at Bliss Healthcare

The position holder will oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, strong financial performance, and high-quality patient care.

Minimum Qualifications

• Clinical Practice
• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in health management, administration or its equivalent Strong business acumen
• Proficiency in computer application
• Valid annual practice license
• Proven leadership, communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years' experience

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing smooth, effective and efficient operation of their clinic
• Clinic financial and revenue management circle Implements policy and company directives
• Manage both medical non-medical staff in their clinic
• Business development and growth.
• Protect and take care of clinic facilities and property
• Ensuring that all patients are given quality and informed care.
• Facilitate cordial interaction between staff to create a harmonious and pleasant work environment at the center/clinic
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
