Chef de Partie, Banquets & Meetings at The Social House

YOU NEED:

• Certificate or diploma in Culinary Arts, Food Production or a related field.
• At least three years' experience in banqueting, events or high-volume food production, preferably in a four- or five-star hotel.
• Strong food preparation, presentation and hygiene skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict timelines.
• Good leadership, communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Demonstrates our brand values.

YOU WILL:

• Prepare and present food for meetings, conferences and banquets.
• Supervise the kitchen section and guide junior team members.
• Maintain recipe, portion and presentation standards.
• Coordinate with Banqueting, Events and Service teams.
• Support event preparation, buffet setup and replenishment.
• Monitor quality,stock, wastage, hygiene and food safety.
• Assist with menu planning and special event requirements.
