    Chief Cooperative Auditor

    Duties and Responsibilities
    Specific duties and responsibilities at this level will entail: -

    • Observing and preparing primary audit reports/queries on cooperative societies’ financial statements;
    • Making detailed audit reports on periodical financial returns and estimates of income and expenditure; and
    • Evaluating and documenting audit evidence. Requirements for Appointment

    For appointment to this grade, an officer must have; -

    • Served in the grade of senior Cooperatives auditor, Job Group CPSB 08/’L’ or comparable position in the
    • Public Service for a minimum period of three (3) years;
    • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business administration, Economics, Sociology, Law, Cooperative
    • management, marketing, Entrepreneurship, Management and Organizational Development or Finance
    • from a recognized institution;
    • Diploma in co-operative management, cooperative auditing or finance; and
    • Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.

    Method of Application
