Duties and Responsibilities
An officer at this level will be responsible to the head of Administration services. Duties and responsibilities will entail: - 

• Overall management and supervision of the support staff; 
• Planning and implementation of effective support services
• Liaising with other of department/sections on matters pertaining to Support staff services
• Supervising other staff under the officer
• Assigning work to other support staff personnel
• Developing duty roaster; and supervising cleanliness of offices and office environment.

Requirements for Appointment
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:

• Be a Kenyan citizen
• Served in the grade of Cleaning Supervisor III/Senior Support Staff or Senior sanitary Cleaner for a minimum period of three (3) years
• Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade D(Plain) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
• Certificate in computer application skills
• Certificate in Supervisory Course lasting not less than two (2) weeks from a recognized institution shall be an added advantage
• Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
