    Cleaning Supervisor IIA

     Duties and Responsibilities

    •  Co-ordinating with the Office administration staff on operational matters;
    •  Effective planning, co-ordination and supervision of office layout;
    •  Ensuring safety, proper care and maintenance of office property;
    •  Supervising general cleanliness of office and its environment,
    •  Tracking and ensuring the preparation and serving of tea for senior staff; and
    •  Ensuring timely delivery of mails

    Requirements for Appointment

    • Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade D or its approved equivalent.
    • Certificate in computer application skills from a recognized institution.
    • Demonstrated merit and shown ability as reflected in work performance and results.
    • Persons with disability will have an added advantage
