Clinic Coordinator at Astradental Services

Key Responsibilities

• Enforce triage gatekeeping: photos/scans/checklists before any plan is released
• Manage treatment plan structuring using standardized case pathways
• Ensure every plan includes Gold Standard + options (good/better/best)
• Apply and verify correct codes, including $0 review codes
• Track and report: plan acceptance rate, case completion rate, review chair-time usage
• Coordinate 48-hour follow-ups for pending treatment plans
• Run weekly audits: notes vs codes vs invoices
• Lead weekly governance huddle with Ops and front desk lead
• Maintain consistent patient experience through systematic informed consent

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma/degree in Dental Technology, Nursing, Public Health, Healthcare Admin, or related
• 2+ years in a dental/medical front office, treatment coordination, or quality role
• Strong knowledge of dental workflows (diagnostics → treatment → follow-up)
• Excellent organization, patient communication, and attention to detail
• Confidence enforcing standards across clinicians and admin teams
• Comfortable working with PMS systems, reporting, and dashboards
