Collections Agent
- Job Type Full Time , Onsite
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND , Diploma , First School Leaving Certificate , KCSE
- Experience 1 - 3 years
- Location Nairobi
- Job Field Customer Care, Success and Service
- Salary Range KSh 16,000 - KSh 30,000/month
Main Responsibilities:
- Contact clients by phone to collect overdue payments.
- Negotiate repayment plans with clients.
- Accurately record call content.
- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
- Professionally handle client objections.
- Report difficult cases when necessary.
Job Requirements:
- 1-3 years of debt collection experience.
- Excellent communication skills (fluent in English).
- Basic computer skills (Excel/CRM).
- Ability to work under pressure.
- High self-discipline and high attendance rate.
- Salary: 18,000 Kenyan Shillings + Performance Bonus.
