This position requires close collaboration with commercial and operations leads to provide insights for improving processes, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

Experience:

• Proven experience in loan servicing, collections, and recovery, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry.

Skills:

• Effective communication skills in both English and Swahili, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with financial products and services, with basic knowledge of banking, loans, and investment concepts.
• Proficient in using technology, including CRM software, communication tools, and online platforms.
