About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Data Preparation: Clean, process, and transform large, complex datasets to prepare them for analysis, ensuring data quality and integrity.
• Analysis & Modeling: Assist in developing and testing statistical models, predictive algorithms, and machine learning prototypes under the guidance of senior staff.
• Reporting & Visualization: Create and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools to communicate key metrics and insights to stakeholders.
• Documentation: Document data processes, models, and code for transparency and reproducibility.
• Collaboration: Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to solve business problems using data.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate (within the last 12 months) of a Master's or Bachelor's program in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong foundational knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling principles.
• Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Excellent problem solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex data findings clearly and effectively.
