    Commercial Excellence Senior Associate

    The role

    The CEx Senior Associate works with the Commercial excellence Lead in providing support towards commercial execution by continuously evaluating, assessing and training commercial teams in order to optimize the go to market strategies, processes and team productivity.

    Job Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Formulate a training framework and road map for structured and integrated development of the commercial team aligned with the competency framework.
    • Monitor and report on the commercial team productivity:
      • Assessment of Commercial team capability to deliver, recommending, selecting and implementing training programs for the commercial teams. Liaison for functional training with Sales management & Human Capital, and support in consequence management.
    • Coordinate all sales projects Automation, Analytics, Commercial Standards, Scorecards and ensuring that the desired results are achieved whilst promoting a culture of continuous improvement in the function
    • Support the commercial team in tracking sales pipelines and commercial reporting, clearly articulating opportunities to help close gaps. Working with the Commercial Excellence Lead to identify market trends that impact performance with a lens on the competitive landscape
    • Spearhead the system and process controls workstream for the Commercial team and ensure compliance and effective use of processes in the work environment.
    • Build alignment across stakeholders, leading to significant step change in commercial effectiveness across the Commercial team as well as the wider organization.


    • Bachelors degree in business administration or related field
    • Ability to translate raw data into useful insights to drive commercial objectives
    • At Least 3 years experience in B2B sales support or management roles.
    • You have experience in CRM and CRM-Systems, preferably Hubspot.
    • You have experience in a sales role or a sales support role and are familiar with sales processes.
    • Is outspoken, a good communicator that can drive change and is capable of leading without authority.
    • Has strong negotiation skills.
    • Has great organizational, planning and analytical skills.
    • Independent self-starter who takes challenges head-on, problem-solver or Autonomous worker with strong accountability.
    • Familiarity with office applications as Google Drive, Forms, Sheets, Meet etc
