    Commercial Leasing Agent

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Full responsibility for leasing space on behalf of CBRE Excellerate Kenya clients.
    • Responsibility for the leasing process across the CBRE Excellerate clients, from negotiations to ensuring the leases are accurately prepared and signed off.
    • Ensure all renewals and new leases are timeously negotiated and professionally compiled.
    • Responsibility for formulating a leasing strategy & producing accurate status reports.
    • Maintain positive relationships with all tenants and brokers.
    • Compile and distribute vacancy schedule to all brokers.
    • Manage and administer parking leases (monthly and lease based).
    • Maintain and grow broker and client relationships.
    • Preparation of and management of budgets.
    • To offer support to other business units as and when required.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience: Minimum of 5 years leading deals in a commercial leasing environment, with a strong and proven track record.
    • Package: do we add something here e.g. competitive basic salary plus commission structure?
    • Knowledge:  lease negotiating skills, networking skills, ability to understand contracts, dealing with local and international tenants, well connected in the industry to both brokers and clients.
